  • Payment and invoice data collected through Stripe.

What not to submit

AfterClick does not need passwords, admin access, private customer lists, sensitive personal data, private dashboards or private financial records for the first Revenue Map.

Purposes

  • Responding to requests and processing paid orders.
  • Preparing and delivering the AfterClick Revenue Map.
  • Managing payments, invoices and customer communication.
  • Improving the website and measuring marketing performance where consent is given.
  • Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Service providers

Depending on the final live setup, data may be processed through Cloudflare for hosting and functions, Stripe for payment and billing records, Tally for intake forms, Google Sheets for operational tracking, Resend for transactional email, Meta for consent-based measurement, and operational tools used to prepare the report.

Legal bases

Processing may be based on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests for basic business operations, and consent for non-essential measurement or advertising cookies.

Retention

Order and delivery data is kept only as long as needed for order routing, delivery, support, accounting and reasonable business records. Payment and invoice data may be retained according to applicable legal and tax requirements.
